At long last she was fired and I painted her with something I've never tried: water oils. They behave just like oil paints but instead of thinning and washing them with chemicals you can use water. SO NICE! (although paint thinner works better at cleaning them in the end)

Anyway, very pleased with this and hope to continue with the water oils for my surfaces.
